Hazy Eye Music Media is proud to post another interview in a series of interviews I’m currently conducting with some of my favorite artists. I’m stepping outside of my comfort zone and have begun picking the brains of some phenomenal musicians. This time I, Andy Jillson, was fortunate enough to interview Nick Sadler aka Nicholas Andrew Sadler.

Concert Review: Grandmaster Flash @ U Street Music Hall 2/8/20 — Washington, DC

Grandmaster Flash performed for a sold out crowd at U Street Music Hall in Washington, DC on February 8, 2020 — and Hazy Eye Music Media contributors were there to check it out. Flash’s interactive set (which includes Flash, his turntables, laptop, and a projection screen) rocked U Street for 3 solid hours, and the man never missed a beat.

Photo Flashback: Helmet @ Union Stage 10/27/19 — Washington, DC

Helmet performed at Union Stage in Washington, DC on October 27, 2019 and I was there to catch some of the action. The band is currently out on their 30th anniversary tour and fans everywhere are losing their shit. I loved Helmet as a teenager in the 90’s, and the band still kicks ass today.
