Falling in Reverse came to the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore, MD on 7/3/2023. The band is currently on their “Popular Monstour” tour and the supporting bands depend on the date! This date brought Crown the Empire, Slaughter to Prevail, and Ice Nine Kills. I have been a fan of Ronnie Radke and Falling in a Reverse for years now and was excited to be able to capture their performance. I might have had a fanboy moment once or twice in the pit as I was snapping pictures.

Falling in Reverse put on an amazing show consisting of their popular songs, jokes, and intense pyro. The show opened with a giant white screen covering the entire stage. When the intro started, lights started flashing, mimicking police lights. FIR started with the song “Zombified” and I do not think anyone was standing still in the crowd.

As the show progressed they went back in time with their discography, playing some of their older hits “The Drug in Me is You”, “Bad Girls Club: and “I’m not a Vampire.” One of my personal favorites was the cover of “Situations” by Escape The Fate, Radke’s previous band.

Touring with Falling in Reverse is famed drummer Luke Holland. Holland has been one of my favorite drummers since I discovered him playing for The Word Alive. I was extremely happy to capture his photo!

My favorite moment of the night was Falling in Reverse’s three song encore of “Watch the World Burn”, “Voices in My Head”, and “Popular Monster.” These songs back to back made the crowd lose it! A special moment was created when Slaughter to Prevail’s Alex Terrible came out and helped with the finisher of “Watch the World Burn.” With soaring flames and brutal vocals, the entire crowd was speechless!
