2023 – Charles Town, WV

Sevendust are currently on the “Pawns & Kings” tour as support for Alter Bridge. They stopped at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town, WV on 8/4/2023. Sevendust are a band I have been familiar with but have never had the chance to see. After this show, I am now a huge fan and I hope to catch them again! If you have a chance to catch them on tour, you should do so!

Concert Review: Underoath @ Pier 6 Pavilion 7-29-2023 – Baltimore, MD

Underoath are currently on tour with The Ghost Inside, We Came as Romans, and Better Lovers, and performed July 29th at Pier 6 Pavilion, in Baltimore, MD. Fronted by Spencer Chamberlain, this Metalcore band put on an energetic show that made the crowd go wild!

This was my first time seeing Godsmack and I know it will not be my last. The show consisted of high octane music, soaring pyro, and many unforgettable moments. Ted Nugent is currently on his “Adios Mofo ’23” tour and stopped at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races on 7/21/2023. This was my first time seeing Ted Nugent perform and he definitely made a lasting impression. With rocking guitar, heavy riffs, tightknit band, and songs to get the crowd on their feet, I would make sure to catch Ted on his final tour! You will not leave disappointed!

Concert Review: Five for Fighting @ The Anthem 7/5/2023 – Washington, DC

Five for Fighting (aka John Ondrasik) joined Barenaked Ladies on their “Last Summer on Earth” tour and performed July 5th at The Anthem, in Washington, DC. He was joined by drummer Randy Cooke, bassist Sean Hurley, and guitarist Peter Thorn. Ondrasik’s high energy performance definitely warmed up the crowd and got the fans moving.

Barenaked Ladies performed their 7th anniversary “Last Summer On Earth Tour” at The Anthem in Washington, DC on July 5th. The band are currently on tour with Del Amitri and Five for Fighting. While in the photo pit, it was fun to witness the energy this band gives off and hear the crowd go wild behind me. This was a show to see!

Concert Review: Falling in Reverse @ Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena 7/3/2023 – Baltimore, MD

Falling in Reverse came to the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Baltimore, MD on 7/3/2023. The band is currently on their “Popular Monstour” tour and the supporting bands depend on the date! This date brought Crown the Empire, Slaughter to Prevail, and Ice Nine Kills. I have been a fan of Ronnie Radke and Falling in a Reverse for years now and was excited to be able to capture their performance. I might have had a fanboy moment once or twice in the pit as I was snapping pictures.

Photo Flashback: Primus @ Pavilion at Riverfront 8/13/21 — Spokane, WA

Primus have officially set sail on their Rush tribute tour, and I was approved to cover their stop on 8/13/2021 in Spokane, Washington. The band jammed through a great setlist of their own material before performing Rush’s 1977 masterpiece A Farewell to Kings in its entirety.

Photo Flashback: Hella Mega Tour (Green Day & Weezer) @ Nationals Park 8/8/21 — Washington, DC

The Hella Mega Tour featuring Green Day and Weezer made a stop in DC on 8/8/2021. I was fortunate enough to be in the photo pit for this one. This is my biggest show to date. Wow…just wow. Surreal is an understatement. I was only allowed in the photo pit for a couple songs, but I made the most of my time. I had a freakin’ blast!
